1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RC360.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RC360.in provides vehicle registration data lookups (RC details, mobile number lookup, used car history) via a credit-based system. Data is sourced from third-party APIs and government databases. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy for all records.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. RC360.in is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are non-refundable unless a technical error on our end prevents the search from completing. Credits are deducted only on successful results. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (c) use lookup results for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity; (d) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without written permission.
6. Data Accuracy
Vehicle data is sourced from third-party APIs. RC360.in does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any search result. Search results should be used as a reference only and not as the sole basis for legal, financial, or safety decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and platform features of RC360.in are the intellectual property of RC360.in. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC360.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on search results. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are not refunded upon voluntary termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
